Pharmacy is a prestigious and noble profession that has been known to humanity since ancient times. Over the ages, it has evolved into a structured field of pharmaceutical sciences, which are now taught at the Faculty of Pharmacy.

The Faculty of Pharmacy at Helwan University aims to improve public health by preparing highly qualified pharmaceutical professionals capable of competing internationally. The faculty is dedicated to fostering a scientific and research-based approach grounded in evidence, contributing to a knowledge-based economy and lifelong learning. In alignment with the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of our esteemed university, Helwan University, the faculty is committed to achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030.

It offers advanced, high-quality educational programs based on international standards and distinguished applied scientific research. The faculty is committed to producing graduates who uphold professional ethics and actively contribute to enhancing healthcare services, advancing the pharmaceutical industry, and supporting community development.

The faculty aligns its goals with the vision and mission of Helwan University, emphasizing core values such as comprehensive quality, knowledge enhancement, ethical integrity, scientific honesty, teamwork, continuous development, encouragement of scientific research, and lifelong self-learning. The curriculum adheres to both local and international accreditation standards through a credit-hour system. The faculty also provides modern pharmaceutical education methodologies, excellent academic guidance, and advanced research laboratories.
